We had so much fun staying at the barn and can't wait to head back for another visit! The old fashioned country charm has such a warm welcome feel about it. One weekend was not long enough to taste the quality wine on offer from the large variety of vineyards. The hikes in and around the ginormous boulders through Girraween national park is a must see, a true spectacle!

We stayed at Kurrajong Barn and cottages for 3 nights and found it so peaceful. So nice to wake up to the sounds of the birds. The Barn was very clean and had everything needed for your stay. I especially enjoyed a wine by the fire at night. It is just a short walk to the coffee shop in the morning. Overall a great place to stay with family and friends.

“We booked The Barn for 5 couples and found it to be better than we had imagined. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges with fire places and the kitchen were well appointed and the outdoor areas were fantastic. We loved the rural location, the views of the sunset and the choices from which to enjoy these.”

“We arrived at the perfect spot, we booked the Barn for 3 couples to celebrate a birthday and couldn’t have found a better place. Weather was great, nice and cool at night for a fire and heaps of room. Lots of bird-life, lovely sunsets and walk to the pub.. and cafe!. Like I said, Just Perfect.”

Kurrajong Barn was perfect for two families to share, and would be great for a few couples, girls weekends, or hiking or cycling adventures. It’s charming and relaxed with everything you could want (comfy beds, fireplaces, WIFI, BBQ and a dishwasher). The property is large and fun to explore (an outdoor fire pit, scenic hill, huge open spaces, blue wrens!).
Lots of gathering spots at the Barn – a big undercover outdoor BBQ area/pizza oven with a giant table, more seating with a sunset view of the vines, a picnic table under the trees, and a stargazer deck. There were 8 of us, with tons of room. A few days felt like a week away. Loved it. We’ll be back!

This place is even more beautiful than the picture. Really! It is spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfy and warm and there are so many indoor and outdoor group spaces to enjoy. Highly recommended for star gazers and bird watchers or just lovers of nature. Coffee shop daown the road is lovely and a nearby pub too. Bushwalking in Girraween National Park was beautiful with lots of wildlife on display. House is very quiet and only a 3O min drive to Stanthorpe. Lovely to be out of the main township and in a cute little village setting near wineries and nature. We will definitely return.
